Front Desk Operations Manager

- Registration and Reservations: Register guests and make reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Daily Reports: Prepare and balance daily reports, including revenue and expense analysis.
- Security Walks: Conduct regular security walks to ensure the safety and security of the hotel.
- Cashiering: Maintain cashiering responsibilities, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
- Front Office Operations: Fulfill all front office functions between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., including handling guest requests and resolving issues.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Training: Train new night auditors as requested by management.
- Morning Reports: Run morning reports according to Aimbridge Hospitality procedures.
- Newspaper Delivery: Assign delivery of newspapers daily.
- Express Check-Out: Deliver or assign delivery of Express Check-Out's.
