  • Precise Estimation: Conduct accurate labor and material takeoffs.
  • Pricing Expertise: Grasp pricing strategies to ensure accurate bids and competitive profit margins.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the Estimating Team, Business Development Associates, and Project Managers.
  • Technical Skills: Interpret construction drawings, utilize estimating software (such as Bluebeam and Timberline), and manage various projects autonomously.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in ground-up construction projects.
  • Skills: Proficient in mathematics, communication, and organization. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction-related software is essential.
  • Proactive Approach: Capable of working independently, creatively solving problems, and adapting to dynamic challenges.
