Job Summary:

As an LPN on our psychiatric unit, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. Your primary responsibilities will include administering medications, performing patient assessments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses
  • Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and medical histories
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of recent experience as a LVN in an acute/outpatient setting
  • Vocational Nurse License (California)
