Job Overview

This is a challenging opportunity to join a leading Heavy Highway and Utility contractor as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the project team in ensuring project success and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, work plans, and issue resolution strategies.
  • Manage the RFI and submittal process, and process owner billings and project-related accounting issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings to identify safety concerns and exposures, and ensure adherence to the company's safety program.
  • Monitor work plans and staffing for each project phase, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
  • Review and maintain profit and loss statements on a monthly basis.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in heavy highway construction.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
