Job Summary

Culligan Water of Kendallville is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This full-time position involves working directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs.


Responsibilities
  • Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts
  • Provide proactive sales support
  • Schedule service and delivery orders
  • Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Answer inbound calls along with various administrative duties including; data entry, posting payments, and billing

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Accounts Receivable experience
  • Billing experience
  • Positive team-based attitude
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must pass a drug test and background check
  • Must have reliable transportation
