Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of 8:30-5:00PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Process orders and manage customer accounts
  • Schedule service and delivery orders
  • Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, posting payments, and billing

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Accounts Receivable experience
  • Billing experience
  • Positive team-based attitude
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Reliable transportation
