About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Pad Electrician III to join our team at Blue Origin. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our launch pad facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for our facilities and equipment.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs of electrical systems, including hands-on work and coordination with outside suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with project leads to ensure smooth mobilization and demobilization of equipment.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Source and procure materials and equipment to support project completion.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the facilities team.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in launch pad or aerospace electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial facility infrastructure and electrical systems.
  • Electrical Journeyman License required.
  • Familiarity with industrial safety policies and procedures.
  • Strong technical skills and an innovative mentality.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to earn trust and maintain positive relationships with team members.
  • U.S. citizenship or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
