Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee a dedicated team of production and support personnel within our manufacturing operations. This role is pivotal in managing daily activities and plays a crucial part in monitoring production efficiency, maintenance operations, and personnel management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all quality assurance tasks for designated production cells are completed and documented in accordance with established standards.
  • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and process enhancements to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the scheduling of production cells to ensure adherence to production timelines.
  • Support the sequencing of work to maximize productivity within the production cell.
  • Coordinate material logistics and resolve any issues to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and productivity levels to drive operational excellence.
  • Encourage innovation in production methods, including the integration of advanced manufacturing techniques.
  • Engage with clients to identify their needs and ensure high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes.
  • Proficient in data analysis using Excel, PowerPoint, and/or MS Access.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead business process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and queries.
  • Knowledge of PFEP (Planned for Every Part) methodologies.
