We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Brand Strategy and Creative Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide graphic design and production expertise for online and offline platforms, working collaboratively across the Marketing, Communications, and Pursuits group, and with clients and colleagues throughout the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging print and interactive materials that translate brand stories, service offerings, business objectives, and data into clear, compelling visuals that enhance storytelling and usability.
  • Produce industry-leading marketing materials and templates that are consistent with the firm's visual identity system and brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of videos, animated presentations, slideshows, and motion graphics for events, digital and social media, office environmentals, client pitches, and strategic communications.
  • Evaluate design assignments, understand project requirements, set milestones to meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional service and creative solutions that meet requestor needs.
  • Utilize the team's workflow system to prioritize assignments and ensure quality, on-time delivery in all stages of the creative process.
  • Apply design principles and best practices across applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Stay current with industry trends and design tools to continually enhance the quality of creative output.
  • Arrange for printing and distribution of materials when required.
  • Provide support and tutorials to colleagues when necessary.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design required, or combination of education and commensurate work experience required. 4-year degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design required.
  • Experience with motions graphics, illustration, and animation strongly preferred.
  • Experience with both Mac and PC platforms preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva required.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in conjunction with ongoing day-to-day deliverables.
  • Ability to change tasks quickly as priorities change.
  • Website, digital, and email marketing design experience using HTML and CSS a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of printing, pre-press, and online production processes.
Compensation and Benefits

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:

  • State of California: $60,000 - $114,000
  • State of Colorado: $55,000 - $98,000
  • Jersey City, NJ: $65,000 - $117,000
  • State of Massachusetts: $60,000 - $114,000
  • State of New York: $56,000 - $120,000
  • State of Washington: $58,000 - $110,000
  • Washington, $77,000 - $113,000

The above salaries do not include a discretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
