Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe environment: Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
- Supervise cleaning staff: Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks: Conduct regular checks on cleaning equipment and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Organize custodial closets and spaces: Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored in a safe and accessible manner.
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure that it is in good working order.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
