Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Liaison to join our team at Foundation Health Services. This role is responsible for managing patient relations functions and supporting service excellence initiatives across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily activities of the Patient Relations function, including formal complaint processes and liaison work with internal departments.
  • Analyze data to capture trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Support patient experience survey processes and ensure alignment of functional policies and procedures with system goals.
  • Document and monitor trends for on-site patient relations issues, including search for patterns associated with areas of opportunity.
  • Compile data and prepare reports and/or presentations for internal leadership and committees.
Requirements
  • Thorough working knowledge of principles and practices of patient relations and/or customer service management.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead by example.
  • Excellent working knowledge of personal software packages.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task workload in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous acute-care hospital experience.
  • Additional related education and/or experience.
