Job Summary:
RHA Health Services is seeking an experienced Care Management Supervisor to lead our team of care managers and ensure the delivery of high-quality care management services to individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health needs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising and developing staff, implementing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of care managers to deliver high-quality care management services
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Implement best practices and stay up-to-date with current trends and regulations in care management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including providers, payers, and community resources
Requirements:
  • Mental Health/Substance Abuse Care Manager Supervisors: A license, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession, including LCSW, LMFT, LCAS, LCMHC, LPA, or RN license issued by the North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • ID Care Manager Supervisors: Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience providing care management, case management, or care coordination to complex individuals with IDD or TBI, or Master's Degree in a human services field and 3 years of experience providing care management, case management, or care coordination to complex individuals with IDD or TBI
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000 per year, plus a bonus of up to $5,000. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, 401(k) retirement savings program, wellbeing programs, chronic disease management programs, and training opportunities.
