Home Health Clinical Director

Care IV Home Health, a reputable home health agency in Russellville, AR, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Director. As a key member of our team, you will oversee branch operations for our Russellville, Arkansas, territory, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Manage clinical operations for our Fayetteville, Arkansas, branch location
- Predictive staffing to anticipate talent needs for growth
- Branch budgeting preparation
- Participating in activities to increase star ratings and promote overall branch growth
- Increasing patient census and profitability while maintaining excellent quality of care
- Managing day-to-day activities
- Other duties as assigned
- Registered Nurses (RN) license that is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
- Home Health and OASIS knowledge & experience
- Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully run branch operations
- Current OASIS Certification is a plus
