We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Brand Specialist to join our team at Universal Processing. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy across multiple markets, including China and the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Development: Spearhead the development and evolution of the Universal Processing brand for both Chinese and English-speaking markets.
  • Marketing Planning: Create data-driven marketing plans that span digital, social, search, and influencer channels in all languages represented at Universal Processing.
  • Content Creation: Visualize data, create dashboards, and continuously update them to track brand performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across diverse markets.
  • Brand Management: Manage our multilingual brand marketing calendar and craft engaging content briefs.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure and optimize marketing performance using key metrics and analytics for multilingual campaigns.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) is absolutely essential.
  • Marketing Experience: At least three years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand management in multicultural environments.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Experience in email marketing and content creation, a strategic mindset, exceptional project management skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced, international environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the payments or fintech industry.
  • Brand Launch Experience: A track record of successful brand launches or rebranding initiatives in multiple languages.
