Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on end user design and virtualization technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or healthcare administration (or equivalent experience).
  • ITIL Foundation certification (or must obtain within 18 months).
  • Strong knowledge of Service Desk functions, enterprise architecture, project management, cloud migration, and IT service management.
