Job Title: Director of Developer Ecosystem Success

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Developer Ecosystem Success to join our team at Meta. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our developer ecosystem, ensuring that our platform is aligned with the needs of our developers and that we are delivering value to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our developer ecosystem, including identifying and prioritizing key initiatives and projects.
  • Lead a team of developers and engineers to design, build, and deploy new features and services that meet the needs of our developers and users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our developer ecosystem is aligned with our overall business goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs to ensure that our developer ecosystem is meeting its goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in software development and engineering.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances.
