Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse/ Hemodialysis Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Nurse/ Hemodialysis Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Implement and evaluate care according to patient-specific needs, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, including handling supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor and assist in crises and emergencies.
  • Prioritize tasks for complex patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California required.
  • Current American Heart Association CPR certification required.
  • Current American Heart Association PALS card required.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an RN, with pediatric experience preferred.
