Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join our critical care team at JobRialto. As a critical care specialist, you will deliver specialized care for patients with life-threatening conditions and complex comorbidities, utilizing advanced organ support and invasive monitoring techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients with conditions such as overdose, post-surgery recovery, trauma, and chronic illnesses.

Critical Thinking:
Navigate a fast-paced, challenging environment by utilizing strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to care for the highest acuity patients.

Monitoring & Support:
Use advanced monitoring equipment and technology to assess patient conditions and deliver appropriate interventions.

Collaboration:
Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

Communication:
Effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members, providing education and updates on patient conditions.

Qualifications:

Licenses/Certifications:
Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required.
Valid RN license in the state of practice.

Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience in a hospital setting.

Skills:
Proficiency in EPIC and other electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
