Cardiovascular Lab Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Lab team at Southern Regional Medical Center, a member of the Prime Healthcare Foundation. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patient populations, addressing their psychosocial, physical, and general needs in the surgical environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and inventory management to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data, recording patients' conditions continuously while in the Cardiovascular lab.
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License required.
- Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certification upon hire and maintenance required.
- One year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care area required.
