  • Experience with instrument management systems such as DI, Beekman, Abot, etc.

Role Overview:

Insight Global is seeking a Laboratory Information System Analyst to support one of our healthcare partners in New Jersey. The selected candidate will engage with laboratory information systems, focusing on the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting laboratory personnel with monitoring orders and resolving LIS instrument challenges
  • Managing electronic medical record (EMR) components, test orders, and order codes
  • Configuring interfaces and overseeing system upgrades
  • Maintaining accurate lab documentation and preparing reports

This role requires collaboration with the Lab Director, Applications Specialists, and the Director of Applications. Daily tasks will include:

  • Facilitating the implementation of LIS
  • Ensuring compliance with College of American Pathology (CAP) standards
  • Coordinating with application and instrument vendors to integrate new systems
  • Providing support for hardware, software, and operational issues
  • Offering leadership and guidance on system and software updates
