About the Job

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of current nursing experience and 2 years of management experience. They must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Virginia as a Registered Nurse and have Basic Life Support Certification.

The salary for this role is up to $176K/year + bonus incentive based on years of experience. In addition to the competitive salary, relocation assistance may be available, and the company offers an unmatched comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description:

  • Manage the financial and clinical operations of assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Recommend sufficient qualified competent people to provide care.
  • Participate in outside source selection for needed services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that guide and support provision of services.
  • Supervise nursing staff and ensure staff competency.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support Certification – Required.
  • Must be currently working in a Director of OB role to be considered.
  • Five (5) years current nursing experience; two (2) years of management experience required.
