About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineering Lead to join our Integrated Air and Missile Defense Systems (IAMDS) Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the design and development of world-class Air and Missile Defense Systems.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical and managerial oversight for the execution of program and product-line efforts (development and production)
- Collaborate with other IPT leads from the various functions and products
- Support Internal Research and Development for future capability upgrades
- System integration and test support, including live fire test events
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Air Defense System, Systems Engineering production or development
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Benefits
- The salary range for this role is $96,000 - $200,000 per year
