About the Role

As a Senior Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) and Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) Engineer at RTX, you will be responsible for leading RAM/FRACAS program activities such as conducting reliability predictions, performing Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analyses (FMECA), defining RAM requirements, assessing RAM performance, interpreting data, and ensuring performance compliance to requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex reliability analyses and predictions to ensure product safety and reliability
  • Develop and maintain RAM requirements and performance metrics
  • Analyze failure data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Reliability, Failure Analysis, and/or Quality Engineering
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
