Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot equipment problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance program, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance maintenance technician skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in maintenance, industrial technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum three years of relevant maintenance experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial technology, including electrical, electronics, fabrication, hydraulics, injection molding, mechanical drives, pneumatics, robotics, stamping, welding, assembly, and conveyor systems.
  • Experience with Toyota Production System (TPS) and lean manufacturing principles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot equipment problems; develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Working Conditions

Work in a standard automotive plant environment with moderate noise level. May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, steel toe shoes, Kevlar sleeves, and hearing protection. May be required to work in a variety of manufacturing environments, including open office and plant settings.
