Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

At Sheraton, Brentwood, TN, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train front desk staff to provide warm and knowledgeable service to guests.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist other departments in emergency situations and maintain a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company.
  • Perform other assignments as directed by the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards.
  • Ability to perform the following tasks:
    • Occasionally: paperwork, cleaning, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
    • Regularly: serving guests, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
