This is a time-limited position within the State of Mississippi's Department of Human Services, Division of Early Childhood Care and Development. The successful candidate will be part of the Quality Support System (QSS) team, responsible for building positive professional relationships with early childhood providers, staff, families, partners, and within communities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs to improve early childhood education and care.
- Administer certification requirements and assessments for early childhood education professionals.
- Provide technical assistance and ensure knowledge transfer to early childhood providers and staff.
- Evaluate Early Childhood Education (ECE) program curriculum and operation.
- Travel to various locations, including overnight stays, to support early childhood education initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
