We are seeking a highly skilled Air Defense Battle Management System Operator to join our team at the Army National Guard. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for integrating, operating, and maintaining complex systems to detect aerial threats and communicate them to our crews.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Integration and Maintenance: Ensure the seamless integration and maintenance of multiple systems to detect and track aerial threats.
  • Network Interoperability: Establish and maintain network interoperability with Allied, Joint, and other Air Defense units.
  • Tactical Battlefield Information: Collect, integrate, and process tactical battlefield information from multiple users and sensors through a network of Army and Joint-service automated battle command systems.
  • Airspace Situational Awareness: Provide airspace situational awareness, deconflict, and clear airspace to ensure air superiority.
  • Intelligence and Target Identification: Evaluate intelligence data and identify targets, perform real-time status reporting during combat.
  • Early Warning and Engagement Operations: Provide early warning and conduct engagement operations to destroy incoming rocket, artillery, and mortar threats.
Requirements
  • Education: Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
  • Age: Must be between the ages of 17 and 35.
  • Citizenship: Must meet citizenship requirements.
  • Physical Exam: Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards.
