  • Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events.
  • Supervise and manage staff during daily operations in a professional and positive manner.
  • Manage reservations, greet guests and build and maintain an excellent dining experience.
  • Supervise and execute inhouse banquets and exceeds customer's expectations. Ensures all details are performed.
  • Encourages team-work and cooperation with employees.
  • Work with management team to develop short and long term goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Toast POS software
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
  • Proven excellent management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor, comfortable engaging with guests.
