Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute optimized digital communication journeys across various channels to reach the right customer at the right time with the right message.
- Champion a rigorous test, learn, and implement methodology to continuously improve communication effectiveness and manage costs.
- Owning all aspects of digital communication journey planning, including customer contact permissions and preferences.
- Leading digital communication testing and optimization across all channels, leveraging data to refine audience targeting, messaging, execution, reporting, and insights.
- Partnering with the Director of Digital Communications to stay abreast of marketing partner strategies and technology options.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, Sales) to create, implement, and measure impactful digital communication campaigns.
- Working with the Director and team to proactively identify and implement strategic improvements for the Digital Communications function, driving automation and process improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
- A proven track record of success in creating, managing, and optimizing data-driven email campaigns with a focus on results-oriented messaging.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the latest digital marketing trends.
