Position Summary and Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional, patient-focused care in accordance with departmental requirements and state regulations. Collaborating with healthcare providers and the care team, you will offer personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing protocols such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the patient's condition upon admission and during each shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status.
  • Execute procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient responses, and take appropriate actions in case of adverse reactions.
  • Deliver exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating needs, and resolving issues.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring clear understanding by simplifying complex medical terminology.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse license.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in Nursing.
