Telepharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Telepharmacy Technician to join our team at CVS Health. As a Telepharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Telepharmacy Remote Dispensing Pharmacy location, ensuring the safe and secure operation of the pharmacy, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

• Oversee the safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, including serving as a keyholder and protecting the integrity of all pharmacy products.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including controlled substances, and ensure accurate and timely ordering and stocking of medications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and facilitating communication with the Supervising Pharmacist.
• Collaborate with the Telepharmacy team to improve inventory management and customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on pharmacy operations and customer service best practices.

• Minimum of 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• PTCB National Certification or equivalent state-accepted national Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• High school diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) required.
• State-level licensure requirements vary by state.
