Job Summary

At TN Specialty Dental Services, PLLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Sterilization Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the inventory and distribution of equipment and supplies, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control and manage inventory, reordering supplies as needed
  • Diagnose problems with equipment and make necessary repairs or replacements
  • Maintain current training status on all applicable standard operating procedures
  • Create processes and tools for mobile use of GIS for data collection and consumption
  • Ensure the cleanliness of department and all processing equipment
  • Unload supplies, ensuring items are not compromised and stored in correct location according to tracking system storage

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of OSHA and state regulations
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations
  • Skilled in the use of standard office equipment, including telephones, calculators, copiers, fax, computers, and computer software (MS Excel, Word, Practice Management software)
  • Ability to instill trust from doctors, co-workers, and patients
  • Ability to work cooperatively with management, staff, and patients
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks in a timely and independent manner
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and accept constructive criticism
  • Ability to collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate and express thoughts and ideas competently
  • Ability to quickly grasp relevant concepts regarding duties and responsibilities

Salary
$17-$18 per hour
