Job Summary:

The Project Administrator manages and distributes project documents and supports all project staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks: filing, logging correspondence, processing documents, and scheduling.
  • Oversee documentation, compliance reporting, and filing systems.
  • Assist with reports, presentations, procedures, and project manuals.
  • Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders; handle project documentation.
  • Input project data and work with the Construction Management Team on monthly reports.
  • Archive records and maintain document integrity.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Business Management or related field.
  • At least 1 year of document control experience, preferably in construction.
  • Equivalent education, training, or relevant experience considered.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong computer, filing, and 10-key skills.
  • Attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Discreet and skilled in handling confidential matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
  • Ability to manage tasks, adapt to priorities, and communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.

Working Conditions:

Indoor work environment with occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.

Generally low to medium noise level; involves sitting, standing, walking, and typing.
