About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at InterDent Service Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless insurance claims processing and resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up with insurance companies and patients to ensure timely payment on claims
  • Work the CBO Work Queue related to claims not yet paid, utilizing QSI software to streamline processes
  • Troubleshoot and process ECS rejections daily to achieve 100% acceptance by insurance companies
  • Review and resolve missing payments requests from clinics for their region(s)
  • Communicate billing discrepancies and questions to clinics and insurance companies
  • Research patient accounts for opportunities to collect back balances when needed
  • Assign accounts to the collection agency when necessary
Requirements
  • Experience with dental billing and insurance claims is required
  • Thorough understanding of dental billing practices and procedures, including knowledge of state, local, and federal laws
  • Strong knowledge of reimbursement rules and methodologies for billing
  • Fluent in Excel, Word, Outlook, typing (50+ WPM), and number entry accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality of all records
  • Experience with QSI software is a plus
