- Documentation and Tracking: Document and track issues using a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Escalation and Collaboration: Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments as necessary, collaborating with team members to ensure effective resolution.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Training and Guidance: Provide basic training and guidance to clients on IT systems and applications, ensuring they are equipped to use our technology effectively.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of security and data protection.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is desirable.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, familiarity with common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), and understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
