Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Controller in managing all aspects of financial reporting and compliance, ensuring that the company remains up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring that transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitoring cash flow and assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes, helping the company make informed decisions about its financial resources.
  • Conducting financial analysis to support business decision-making, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
  • Assisting in the preparation of tax filings and audits, working closely with external auditors to ensure a smooth process.
  • Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and accounting procedures, protecting the company's assets and reputation.
  • Collaborating with various departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives, driving business success.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training to help them develop their skills and confidence.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive offer that reflects the importance of this position in the organization.
