Axelon is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is an immediate contract opportunity that requires experience in regulatory reporting.
Job Description:
This senior lead analyst role involves supporting and managing the accurate and timely preparation and submission of regulatory reports to various constituencies based on applicable requirements such as U.S. Regulatory rules and instructions.
The role also entails supporting and managing Recovery and Resolution planning (RRP) deliverables. Key activities include:
- Ensuring Regulatory Capital and MCS Target Ratios data accuracy are consistent with legal entity's financials, actuals, and estimates for RRP purposes.
- Assisting in ensuring the accuracy of daily jump-off Regulatory Capital and MCS Target Ratios actuals for RRP or results from scaling or estimate methodology in absence of daily Regulatory Capital and MCS Target Ratios.
- Communicating anomalies to forecast model owners and serving as the point of contact for the RRP team.
- Performing variances analysis to ensure Regulatory Capital provided to RRP aligns with Basel III rules.
- Uploading Regulatory Capital and making top-side adjustments to forecasted Regulatory Capital, if required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need reliable internet access, a computer, and an android or iPhone for remote access into client systems. You will also need to participate in video or face-to-face interviews prior to receiving an offer.
Salary Estimate:
We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
