Your Role as an Artisan Bread Maker

As an Artisan Bread Maker at COBS Bread, you will uphold our commitment to freshness. Your day begins with an empty bakery, and by the end, it will be filled with exquisite artisan bread and delightful treats for the community. We are currently seeking friendly individuals to share their enthusiasm for fresh bread with our valued customers. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a small team to bake fresh products each morning, adhering to precise recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness in the bakery and contribute to an exceptional customer experience
  • Read production schedules and recipes, measure and mix ingredients, shape dough, and manage the baking process

Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds
  • Regular turning and reaching movements
  • Occasional pushing, pulling, and bending
  • Capability to lift at least 15 pounds to a height of 5.5 feet
  • Consistent use of both hands, including frequent wrist rotation and flexing, with occasional forceful gripping
