As a Baker, you will be responsible for leading our freshness commitment and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products. • Lead our freshness commitment by baking high-quality products on a daily basis.
• Work as part of a small team to maintain a clean and organized bakery environment.
• Contribute to a great customer experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring that products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
• Read production schedules and recipes, measure and mix ingredients, mold and shape dough, and process everything through the ovens.

• Early riser who can work independently or as part of a small team.

• Continuous standing/walking for all tasks.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds.

• Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, occasional forceful gripping.
