Office Operations Coordinator

As a Mail Clerk, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment and contribute to the success of our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and the ability to perform daily operations of the mail department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, organize, and distribute all office mail
- Log/scan postal mail into our legal case management platform
- Create or update records with new files and information
- Store all paperwork in designated places securing important documents
- Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
- Other administrative responsibilities as assigned
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and word processing
- Good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Efficient communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Dependable with respect to confidentiality and policies
- High school degree or equivalent
