**Company Overview**

The Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD) is a national association that supports its members in their research, training, education, and service so that together, AUCD and its members can promote the quality of life, health, and well-being of people with disabilities.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Director Liaison to assist, support, and coordinate activities related to the daily functions of the Office of the Executive Director.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressively growing administrative experience in a non-profit environment, with advanced Microsoft office skills and demonstrated written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the Executive Director and various teams, interfacing with the Board for activities and meetings, and serving as the official public representative of the Office of the Executive Director.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and the Operations, Communications, Public Health, Public Policy, IT Web Services, LEND, and UCEDD teams
  • Interface with and provide general support to the Board for all activities, meetings, calendar maintenance, and the annual election process
  • Serve as the official public representative of the Office of the Executive Director working closely with external parties to manage invitations and appearances
  • Engage directly with a variety of diverse stakeholders within the AUCD Network and external partners, event coordinators, venues, and vendors

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 or more years of progressively growing administrative experience in a non-profit environment
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills

Preferred qualifications include an undergraduate degree, lived experience with disability, or prior experience facilitating and coordinating accessibility and accommodation needs.

**Benefits**
