- In-depth understanding of a wide array of mechanical engineering concepts, principles, and practices, along with familiarity with other engineering fields and architecture;
- Proven design and project management experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems related to building infrastructures;
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in designing building systems for Laboratories, Mission Critical facilities, and Healthcare environments;
- Proficiency in REVIT;
- Conducting load calculations;
- Developing system applications;
- Coordinating engineering programs;
- Sizing and calculating equipment;
- Collaborating with all trades;
- Performing energy modeling;
- Signing and sealing technical drawings;
- Providing mentorship;
- Managing projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an accredited institution;
- Proficiency in REVIT and experience in building energy modeling, along with familiarity in project management or related building sciences programs is preferred;
- Must possess a current professional license in Mechanical Engineering in the United States;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for client interactions.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000
(Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
