Job Summary

As a Multifamily Construction Project Manager at Michael Page, you will be responsible for providing project leadership and establishing a proactive project safety culture. You will manage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposals, manage job-site subcontractor meetings, and review monthly invoices. Additionally, you will lead the management of cost reporting, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions, to achieve defined project goals. You will also ensure the overall financial health of the project and project forecasts, and represent our client in subcontract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project leadership and establish a proactive project safety culture
  • Manage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposals
  • Manage job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure project goals are met
  • Review monthly invoices and oversee documentation and approval for timely funding
  • Lead cost reporting, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions
  • Ensure overall financial health of the project and project forecasts
  • Represent our client in subcontract negotiations

Requirements
  • 5+ years of construction experience
  • Strong background in multifamily construction
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently as part of a team
