Job Overview

Operators: We are looking for skilled individuals with experience in custom house pad construction. Proficiency in hillside and underground utility installation is essential. Candidates must be able to read and interpret site plans effectively.

It is important to have the ability to lead a team through daily assignments, possess a CDL, and have completed dust control training. Experience operating heavy machinery such as wheel loaders, excavators, skid steers, grade tractors, and their respective attachments (e.g., hammer, compactor) is required. Strong communication skills and teamwork are vital, as is the flexibility to adapt to various roles to accomplish tasks.

Laborers: We seek motivated individuals to support the construction of custom house pads. If you are eager to learn, we are prepared to teach you how to read site plans and understand the correct construction methods and procedures, along with equipment operation over time.

Your primary responsibilities will include watering job sites, performing manual labor, placing conduit and drain pipes, and maintaining job site cleanliness. No prior experience is necessary, provided you demonstrate the willingness and commitment to learn. Reliable transportation and a mobile phone are required.
