As a key member of our NAMS-2 project, you will be responsible for exploring autonomous applications in air traffic management through directed research. Your expertise will be utilized to develop research algorithms, design, and develop flight performance models and algorithms for data analysis, research, and system integration of Scheduling, Separation Services, Conflict Management services, and Weather and Noise services. You will also be responsible for developing the requirements for using increasingly autonomous systems in a service-oriented architecture and developing scripts to generate different types of traffic scenarios. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience is required for Level II. For Level III, a Master's degree or higher in computer science mathematics, engineering or equivalent, or related degree and 10+ years of related experience is required.
