Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Lounge Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service to our guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve cash bank and guest checks from designated areas.
  • Prepare and organize the bar area for service.
  • Secure liquor and properly store fruits and juices at the end of service.
  • Receive and process drink orders from guests and servers efficiently.
  • Craft cocktails according to established Beverage Standards using precise measurements.
  • Engage with guests and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Adhere to all procedures for handling checks, including credit card transactions.
  • Verify drink orders from servers, ensuring accuracy in billing.
  • Prepare requisitions for liquor inventory as needed.
  • Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
  • Execute all tasks safely and in accordance with established protocols.
  • Implement promotional and birthday drink procedures as outlined.
  • Complete all opening and closing tasks as per the checklist.
  • Follow guidelines for serving alcohol responsibly and verifying guest identification.
  • Monitor and replenish glassware as necessary.
  • Maintain ice levels at all stations throughout the shift.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the work area at the end of each shift.
  • Manage waste disposal and cleanliness of trash receptacles.
  • Oversee inventory and stock rotation of sodas and juices.
  • Restock beer in bottles and kegs as required.
