About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Tapestry Collection by Hilton. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and equipment.
  • Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work, and masonry.
  • Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
  • Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends when needed.
  • Starting wage of $22 per hour, with amazing benefits including medical, dental, state-of-the-art PTO program, and Hilton travel benefit.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a trade preferred.
