As part of a collaborative team, your main responsibility will be assisting with grocery store section resets to drive sales and support the division's merchandising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with grocery store section resets to drive sales and support merchandising efforts
  • Provide excellent customer assistance in line with Kroger's Customer 1st Strategy
  • Supervise temporary workers when necessary
  • Independently execute category/aisle set plan
  • Collaborate effectively with Kroger, National Food Brokers, and P.L. Marketing teams
  • Identify sales growth opportunities for Kroger Corporate Brands
  • Utilize merchandising skills and implement plan-o-grams
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned plan-o-gram work
  • Operate CAO gun and printer efficiently
  • Operate Kroger equipment with a focus on safety
  • Communicate retail opportunities to supervisor
  • Possess a valid driver's license for potential travel

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Comfortable with technology and computer applications
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Access to a smartphone with internet/data
  • Ability to provide personal tape measure and safety gloves

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail grocery or merchandising experience
