Position: Construction Sales Specialist with Incentives

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in the construction sector

This role involves:

  • Reviewing builder portals and scheduling upcoming construction tasks
  • Ensuring accuracy by comparing purchase orders with scheduled work
  • Validating purchase orders against take-offs before scheduling work
  • Interpreting building plans, both digitally and manually
  • Conducting field take-offs, including physical property measurements
  • Cross-checking in-house or field take-offs for consistency with scheduled tasks
  • Engaging with builders and purchasing departments to rectify purchase orders and take-offs prior to scheduling
  • Collaborating with various departments to confirm that take-offs are available for all scheduled tasks
  • Communicating effectively with outside sales personnel to obtain necessary take-offs for scheduled work

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction sales
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting building plans
  • Experience in performing field take-offs as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory
