Position Summary and Qualifications

As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will be part of a remarkable interdisciplinary team. Your contributions will be vital to our success. Every role significantly impacts our patients' lives, and you have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference. We are seeking dedicated professionals like you to join our Surgical Services team and enhance our community.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Utilize your specialized OR Nurse skills to serve various age groups, including adults, adolescents, geriatrics, or pediatrics.
  • Prepare for each procedure by ensuring adequate stock and appropriate equipment is available in assigned areas.
  • Assist with post-procedure tasks, including cleaning the room between procedures, organizing unused supplies, and setting up for the next procedure.
  • Teach, supervise, and act as a resource for staff members, delegating tasks according to their competency levels.
  • Possibly rotate to areas outside of the OR, performing only those duties you have demonstrated competency in.
Required Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or an active multistate nursing license.
  • Current BLS Certification through AHA or ARC.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
